Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with high-level service, support store management, and perform various operational tasks. Additional compensation includes premiums for schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
