Parts Specialist

Provide retail and installer customers with high-level service, support store management, and perform various daily operational tasks. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Requirements

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs
• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer
• Process exchanges and returns for credit
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with daily operational tasks
