Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service, support store management, and perform various tasks to maintain store operations. The position requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and basic knowledge of automotive parts.

Requirements

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs
• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process transactions, and exchanges
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Perform daily operational tasks, including freight receival and inventory cycle counts
