The Parts Specialist will provide high level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist managers and installer service specialists
- Maintain cash drawer and process transactions
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address customer complaints
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform various in-store services for customers
