The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist with various tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Assist managers and installer service specialists
- Complete assigned company training
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
