GILEAD - Case Manager- Union

Gilead is seeking an attentive and recovery-oriented Case Manager to join our multi-disciplinary residential/supported apartment program staff. The Case Manager will work with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, providing case management, advocacy, educational, and supportive services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field
• One year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Reliable use of personal vehicle
