Gilead is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to join their supported apartment program staff. The role involves providing case management, advocacy, educational, and supportive services to adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field; Master’s degree preferred
• One year of clinical experience
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing
• Experience with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders preferred
