GILEAD - Case Manager- Union

Gilead is seeking an attentive and recovery-oriented Case Manager to join our multi-disciplinary residential program staff. The Case Manager provides case management, advocacy, educational, and supportive services in a program serving adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field; Master's degree preferred
• One year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance in good standing
• Experience with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders preferred
