GILEAD - Case Manager- Union

Gilead Community Services is seeking an attentive and recovery-oriented Case Manager to join their multi-disciplinary residential/supported apartment program staff. The Case Manager will work with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, providing case management, advocacy, educational, and supportive services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field; Master’s degree preferred
• One year of clinical experience
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing
• Experience with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders
