Gilead is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to join their multi-disciplinary team in their supervised apartment program for men. The role requires providing case management, advocacy, educational, and supportive services to individuals with major mental illness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field (Master's degree preferred)
• One year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Reliable use of personal vehicle
• Experience with people with major mental health disorders (preferred)
