
Job description
The HR Administration Specialist is responsible for executing administrative processes related to monthly pay closures and labor contractualism for the Oberalp Group's Italian operations. The role involves managing budgeting, reporting, and labor cost planning processes, as well as being a competent interlocutor in labor law.
The HR Administration Specialist will draft employment contracts, verify and execute monthly payrolls, provide service assistance to employees, manage documentation, and update employee data in HR software. They will also manage personnel cost budgeting, HR reporting, and deadline-related employment relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in economics, solid knowledge of labor law, and fluency in Italian and English. German language skills are an advantage. The role requires at least five years of experience in administrative matters within a Personnel Office or professional studio, as well as knowledge of HR management systems and Excel.
