Job Description
Observe.AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Strategy & Brand Experiences to drive presence and impact across key industry moments. The role will shape how Observe.AI shows up in the world through unforgettable experiences that engage strategic customers and bring the brand story to life.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven success designing and executing event programs for strategic accounts
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and how events drive engagement within key accounts
- Deep expertise in trade-shows, sponsorship strategy, executive programs, and customer experience events
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to connect creative event design to pipeline and revenue impact
