Octiva is looking for a dedicated 1st Line Support Officer to be the first point of contact for customers and the linchpin in operations. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving technical issues, and tracking scheduling for 2nd line support engineers.
Requirements
- MBO level 2 education or equivalent
- Self-taught technical knowledge (strong advantage)
- High standards, perfection-oriented, and pragmatic
- Great communication skills and team-player
- Multitasking, stress-resistant, and strong planning skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Solution-oriented, flexible, and pragmatic
- Interest in technology, robotics, horticulture, and process optimization (big plus)
