Clinical Nurse Manager - Urgent Care

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to manage a clinic and/or department by supervising nurses and other personnel, scheduling, performing nursing duties, ensuring policy adherence, attending meetings, developing services, acting as a patient services advocate, and collaborating with other professionals.

Requirements

• Utilizes nursing process to assess patients clinical conditions, recognize, identify and interpret emergency situations and take appropriate action.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures, communicates them to staff, and ensures compliance.
• Coordinates and manages communication with patients, family, and healthcare team.
• Participates in assigned duties, including participation on designated committees, inspection of equipment, and refrigerator logs.
• Manages employee performance, provides ongoing education opportunities, and participates in fiscal management of the unit/department.
