We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Japan. As a CSM, you will work with customers to drive adoption of our technical platform, build strong relationships, and provide thought leadership to help them on their Identity journey. You will be responsible for developing roadmaps and strategies to accelerate customer growth, mitigate churn risk, and identify opportunities for improvement.
