Okta is looking for a Developer Support Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining customers who have implemented the Customer Identity SaaS solution, resolving technical and non-technical customer issues in a timely fashion. The role will involve operational management of Support tickets, building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, and exceeding customer expectations on response quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical support and/or software development experience, or 3+ years of experience in a business or technical analyst role for medium to large scale business software implementation projects.
