Okta is a global Identity Management company seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to focus on Workforce Identity Solutions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise customers, specializing in security, and driving strategic account alignment. The TAM acts as a technical advisor and advocate for Okta's largest clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager
- 3+ years in identity and access management
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- SaaS deployment experience (Salesforce, Box, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
