Provide coordination and executive administrative support to the VP, Customer Care and VP, Operations, enabling efficient day-to-day operation of the Customer Care & Operations function. Ensure priorities, reporting, meetings, communications, and administrative processes are managed accurately and proactively to support service excellence, operational effectiveness, and timely execution of business objectives.
Coordinate travel and expense management activities, assist in report preparation, plan logistics for team meetings and events, schedule meetings, track department-specific initiatives, prepare correspondence and business documents, manage departmental financial and administrative processes, and support special projects.
