Requirements
- 2–3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced, professional restaurant environment
- Culinary diploma or formal training is an asset
- Strong foundational cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen techniques and equipment
- Ability to take direction, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain composure during busy service periods
- Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to learning and growth
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job — including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
