Principal Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager to own and grow our most important enterprise relationships across North America.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Customer Success experience in an enterprise SaaS organisation
• Proven track record of owning large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with significant ARR
• Executive presence and ability to adapt approach depending on audience
• Commercial sharpness and ability to navigate commercial conversations
• Relationship depth and ability to build trust with clients
• Data fluency and ability to interpret performance data
• Technical credibility and understanding of Ometria's technical capabilities
