Job Description
The Director Commercial Product Management will define the 2–3 year commercial vision and roadmap for the C&I segment, connecting it directly to our Corporate Strategy, and lead the broader organization in understanding the C&I landscape. They will act as a critical SME in high-stakes client conversations, helping Sales articulate the value of our performance models and technical guarantees.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Solar/Storage/C&I
- Deep understanding of BESS and PV systems, technical asset management, and the financial drivers of renewable assets
- Proven ability to drive alignment across silos without direct authority
- Strong financial modeling skills, including pricing with profitability in mind
- Experience on Google platform tools, Salesforce, Service Cloud
