We're looking for a high-performing Partner Development Team Lead to lead and scale our global Agency Partner ecosystem. This is a player-coach role with 60% direct management of strategic agency partners and 40% leadership of a team of Partner Engagement Managers. You will own partner outcomes while building a high-performing team that drives measurable partner-sourced revenue and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner management, business development, or agency-facing roles in SaaS or eCommerce
- 1+ years of team leadership
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue or ecosystem growth
- AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce and digital marketing ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
