Job Description
LOOP Tackle is seeking a highly motivated & self-driven sales professional with strong fly fishing knowledge, and a pioneering spirit. The role involves promoting, selling, and demonstrating products to existing and prospective customers in multiple European territories.
Requirements
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with store management, shop staff and customers.
- Maintain a regular schedule based on volume to service the stores in territory.
- Design and/or participate in trade and customer events
- Demonstrate proper use of equipment at a high level
- Highlight promotions and seasonal product targets.
- Write order drafts via Elastic and share with buyers/owners.
- Maintain, build, and replace POS installs.
- Share product knowledge with customers and store employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers.
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking and be able to push, pull and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Report weekly into sales meetings
- Collaboration with marketing team, content creation and PR activities.
- Customer entertainment and community management
