Job Description
OnBuy is an online marketplace seeking an Operations Data Analyst to drive efficiency, reliability, and customer experience. The role involves working with sales, seller, and product teams to turn data into actionable insight and influence operational decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an analytics, reporting, or data analyst role, ideally supporting operational teams.
- Strong SQL capability, including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
- Proven ability to partner closely with stakeholders, translating operational needs into clear, actionable analysis.
- Ability to document metrics, definitions, and data sources to support shared understanding and self-serve analytics.
- Experience using Looker Studio or a comparable BI tool to build, maintain, and improve dashboards and self-serve reporting.
