We are seeking an exceptional Agronomy researcher to join our team to increase our impact per farmer by recommending products that can improve resilience and livelihood of farming households.

Requirements

• Literature reviews and rapid evidence assessments to identify impactful agricultural innovations
• Designing and managing on-station and on-farm trials to generate rigorous data and insights
• Leading trial planning and execution, including site selection, input calculation, ordering and distribution
• Developing trial activity and data collection protocols
• Conducting data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
• Leading team management and capacity building
• Fluency in Microsoft Packages like Powerpoint, Excel and Word
