VP of Sales

The Position To drive One Model’s next phase of growth, we are looking for an energetic, commercially driven, and AI-literate leader to head up our sales team. This role is ideal for a leader early in their executive career who is eager to lead from the front, push the business forward, and contribute directly to our success in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in progressive sales roles with 5+ years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives in selling SaaS/software to large enterprises
• A demonstrated track record of success, with consistent meeting or exceeding sales targets with experience successfully growing a company from ~$30M to ~$60M in ARR
• Excellent understanding and experience leveraging CRM and other new technologies to help scale and improve performance of a team
• Ability to travel for partner meetings and regional events (up to 25%) as required
