Job Description
Front of House Supervisor for Rocky’s Table & Tap and Raise the Cup Café, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Food Handler and Basset Certification
- Previous FOH leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Toast, OpenTable, and/or 7Shifts
