OneMain Financial is seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to build and elevate the company’s executive recruiting capability. This role combines hands-on search execution with the development of enterprise-wide recruiting standards, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 15+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with both in-house and retained search experience; financial services background preferred.
- Proven success managing complex, senior-level searches and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in sourcing and engaging C-suite and senior leadership talent.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to guide, challenge, and influence leaders.
- Experience designing and implementing recruiting frameworks, standards, and SLAs.
- Demonstrated ability to build internal recruiting capability, enhancing search quality, speed, and overall effectiveness.
