OneTouch Direct is seeking a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to their diverse customer base, assisting them in both English and another language of choice. The role requires strong English communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical, technological, or professional degree.
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
• Must reside in Bogotá.
• English level: B2+ – C1 (required).
• Internet connection above 300 Mbps.
• Internet bill as proof of service.
