OneTrust is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join its Customer Experience team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring their success with OneTrust products, and growing their revenue retention and adoption. The Senior CSM will be responsible for establishing relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering proactive communication and mission-critical escalations. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in implementing SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within CSM, professional services, or technical consulting. The annual base pay range for this role is $104,325â$156,487.50 USD.
