Job Description
oneZero Financial Systems is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their HQ office in Somerville, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have experience in Desktop or IT Support and be familiar with Windows 10/11, macOS, and identity and access management tools. The role involves providing in-person support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate asset records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Desktop or IT Support
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools
- Experience supporting modern SaaS environments
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Hardware troubleshooting skills across laptops and AV/conference gear
