Requirements
- At least two years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another B2B customer role
- Managing own customer portfolio independently
- Experience with SaaS, fintech, or platform business models
- Fluent Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Proactive, risk signals early, and takes ownership
