Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Success Manager DACH and drive our growth in the DACH region by making existing customers successful and scalable. We offer a solid salary, 13th month salary, and VISA sponsorship.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in a B2B environment.
- Experience in payment processing, (Fin)Tech, or an online marketplace / platform environment.
- Sovereign stakeholder management at the C-level (QBRs, Executive Alignment, negotiation of expansions).
- Distinctive analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills (also in front of several stakeholders).
- Fluent German and English skills in word and writing.
