• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
