
Job description
The Operations Coordinator plays a key support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization across multiple business lines. This position is responsible for coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, tracking contracts, and providing administrative and operational support to internal teams and leadership.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain organized records, help develop and maintain operating procedures, process invoices and purchase orders, track operational metrics, and manage vendor and partner relationships.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift. This role serves as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, helping to drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across the business.
