Job description
We are a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans, seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the pricing function responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across Ontic's aerospace portfolio. This role is critical in driving revenue, margin performance, and commercial decision-making in a complex, high-mix environment.
Lead and develop the pricing team, own pricing strategy and execution, evaluate and approve pricing recommendations, apply and develop pricing principles, and partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain to support RFQs, proposals, and long-term agreements.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, a deep understanding of pricing strategies, and the ability to navigate nuanced data and business cases. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
