Complaint Handler at Oodle Car Finance, responsible for investigating and resolving complaints while adhering to regulatory timescales and principles. Responsible for creating written communication of complaints acknowledgement, updates, and outcomes, and acting as point of contact for customers and third parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience of conducting forensic end-to-end complaint investigations
- Ability to describe complex information succinctly and plainly
- Proven record keeping standards in accordance with an FCA regulated environment
- Thrives in a busy customer service environment
