Complaints Handler – Banking & Financial Services (Remote) required at Teleperformance, delivering customer experience and handling medium complex/regulated complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years previous experience in Complaints Handling in Financial Services within an FCA Regulated environment (UK)
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport with the customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised, able to confidently manage assigned workloads
- Objection handling whilst remaining professional
