We are seeking a talented Complaints Handler to join our team at Castle Trust Bank. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for reporting, investigating, and resolving complaints across our Savings, Retail Finance, and Property divisions. This is a full-time role based in our Basingstoke office, with hybrid working available after a successful probationary period.
