Customer Engineer

Open.cx is hiring a Customer Engineer to serve as the direct technical bridge between their enterprise customers and the Open.cx product. The role involves responding to customer queries, leading onboarding and implementation, debugging complex issues, and shipping fixes or enhancements directly in the Node.js + TypeScript codebase.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience
• Strong software engineering experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering
• Previous customer-facing technical work
• Good understanding of (or fast ability to learn) helpdesk APIs
