Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering
- Previous customer-facing technical work
- Good understanding of helpdesk APIs: Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills
