Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
• 6+ years of deep, hands-on experience owning Paid Search or Paid Social at an operational and strategic level
• Strong analytical and measurement skills
• Experience partnering cross-functionally (product, engineering, data science, finance) to ship improvements and build durable growth systems
