Job Description
The IT Support Specialist will provide seamless, efficient, and reliable IT solutions across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, coordinating with vendors, and participating in process and systems improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in macOS and Windows
- Identity and device management experience (e.g., Azure AD, Jamf, Intune)
- Enterprise collaboration tools knowledge (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Atlassian products)
- ServiceNow experience for IT service management (ITSM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Mac and macOS environments
- Experience orchestrating high-production events and managing AV and technical aspects
- Highly driven and motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
