Job Description
The Solutions Engineer in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment at OpenAI is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to maximize business value from models, demonstrating value, and recommending architecture. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements
- Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
