Senior Director, Global People Partners

OpenTable, a leading technology company in the restaurant industry, is seeking a Senior Director, Global People Partners to lead its People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of HRBP and management experience, with a proven track record of supporting executive and senior leadership teams in global, fast-scaling tech or tech-adjacent companies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HRBP and management experience
• Proven experience supporting executive and senior leadership teams in global, fast-scaling tech or tech-adjacent companies
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing People Partner teams
• Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how people decisions impact operational and financial outcomes
• Sound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity and high-stakes situations
• Clear, calm, and credible communicator across all interactions, particularly when navigating difficult, sensitive, or high-stakes situations
• Highly collaborative leader with a bias toward action and results
