Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Senior Director, Global People Partners to join its People & Culture team. The role will lead and develop a team of People Partners and be responsible for OpenTable's People Partner strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HRBP and management experience
- Proven experience supporting executive and senior leadership teams in global, fast-scaling tech or tech-adjacent companies
- Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing People Partner teams
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how people decisions impact operational and financial outcomes
- Sound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity and high-stakes situations
- Clear, calm, and credible communicator across all interactions
