Job Description
OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a skilled and strategic Sr. Director of Global People Partners to join its People & Culture team. The role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of People Partners and ensuring every interaction is grounded in business context and aligned to company priorities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HRBP and management experience
- Proven experience supporting executive and senior leadership teams in global, fast-scaling tech or tech-adjacent companies
- Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders
