We are looking for an Account Executive to help grow our presence in the DACH market. You will be responsible for driving new business, building and expanding B2B partnerships, and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with our Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales (ideally B2B SaaS or high-growth environments)
- Strong relationship-building skills - you’re a natural, confident and engaging networker
- Experience - or interest - in building a network within HR or People teams
- Proven success in closing deals with medium- to large-enterprises
- A structured, action-oriented way of working and a relationship-focussed sales approach
- Enthusiasm for working in a highly dynamic, AI-forward international environment
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
- Fluent language skills in both German and English
