Engineering Manager (Fixed-Term contract)

OpenX is a digital advertising company that is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its New Formats team. The team focuses on building cloud ad tech solutions at scale, and the role will involve partnering with the Product Manager to scope out features and deliver solutions to customers' problems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and documentation skills
• Good level of knowledge and experience with one of programming languages: JS/TS, Python, Java
• Experience leading development teams in a fully Agile development environment
• Ability to effectively dive into new technologies
• Experience with database system design, RDBMS, or NoSQL
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, k8s, and Docker
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Communicative Polish and English languages
