We are seeking a dynamic and driven Publisher Development Director to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated, hands-on professional who thrives both as an individual contributor and as a team player.
Requirements
- 7+ years of programmatic sales experience in ad tech or publisher-side roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise partnerships
- Established relationships and strong experience with CTV and premium ANZ publishers.
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and startup mentality—willing to take initiative and drive results.
- Ability to identify cross-functional opportunities and provide insights that benefit the broader organization.
- Understanding of market trends such as retail media networks, ID solutions, curation, and AI-driven advertising.
- Technical mindset with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of ad tech platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
